About the Event
Please bring in items you’d like to donate for the youth to sell. All proceeds will go to the youth and items will be taken to a donation center afterwards so please do not donate items you want back.
Due to space limitations we will be limiting items to the following that we hope will sell easily:
- Working electronics
- Tools
- Working Household items- small appliances, picture frames, blenders, pyrex dishes, etc.
- Kids toys or books
- Kids clothes
- Craft items
- Small furniture items
Please price your items before dropping them off. I do have price stickers and can leave those on the drop off table. Drop off will be in the Fellowship Hall. You will see a table and sign.
Volunteers are welcome to help Jason man the table! If you have youth, please choose a time slot to bring your child to help out. As this money goes to the youth we want them to be a part of the process and hard work it takes to raise the money!
There is a sign up sheet below for volunteers. I’ve carved out two hour chunks for youth to help so the 8-10, 10-12, 12-2 time slots are for youth.
Depending on the number of items, we may need someone to help us haul things to the Big Glades the morning of August 8 as well, so I added a volunteer spot for that.
