About Dr. Ricky Mullins
Dr. Ricky Mullins was born and raised in the mountains of southwest Virginia. An ordained Independent Baptist preacher, he has been preaching since he was 18 years old. Before becoming the Senior Pastor at Living Waters Independent Baptist Church on August 1, 2022, he served in various roles including Youth Pastor, Music Minister, Sunday School Superintendent, and Senior Pastor of Valley View Baptist Church in Richmond, Kentucky.
Ministry Philosophy
Pastor Ricky is known for holding true to old-time preaching and singing. His ministry is built on the foundation of sound pastoral theology and a heart for evangelism, having previously established RDM Ministries to spread the Gospel.

Education
Ricky attended UVA Wise, Liberty University, and Virginia Tech. He also holds a doctorate in pastoral theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary.
Personal Life
Ricky married his wife, Brooke, in 2010. They currently reside in Wise County, Virginia, with their two sons, Silas and Jesse.
